Ordered this along with the limited edition pink FiddleStyx. The toy is great! Unfortunately, the customer service from FlowStyx was not.
I must start by saying: I love this toy! This is one of my first spin/skill toys since playing with yo-yos when I was a kid, and this thing is great. Weighted nicely to balance and roll and spin, and the stick is nicely tacky which helps it stay on your hands when you do contact rolls. It's so fun to play with, easily the best fidget toy I've ever used, and I'd highly recommend it.
Sadly, I waited over three weeks for any updates on the order - I actually received an email prompt to review the item first, which was a little galling. Then I find out the postage wasn't paid correctly, and Royal Mail charged me for the difference! I don't mind paying for postage, of course it is a service, but I was charged by FlowStyx already and it's a really bad look to get an unpaid postage card rather than the products I ordered. Earlier, I had tried reaching out to FlowStyx for updates on the postage via the website, but I didn't get a reply.
Shipping and service aside, my one complaint for the product itself is the paint job. I've included a photo and you can see it's quite blotchy. I think that's actually semi-loose orange paint beneath the clear plastic shell, because I can move it around a bit by squeezing hard. The pink FiddleStyx I also ordered is similar, but seemingly with much more paint so somewhat less blotchy. This is a shame in an otherwise excellent toy, although when I look closely at the photos on the website, I can see this is more or less standard - I think I got somewhat unlucky with slightly less paint in my orange one.
Overall, poor customer experience, but a pretty great product at the end of the day. Feel like I have to give a pretty middling review to balance those factors. Will probably buy this kind of thing elsewhere next time.
